James has worked in financial services for over 25 years, starting his career in Barclays, gradually transitioning into financial advice and compliance through well-known companies such as Lloyds and Prudential, achieving his level 4 diploma in 2015.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his two-year-old son. He is a keen golfer, playing whenever he gets time to do so and he enjoys running to stay fit.
