Leaving as Head of UK Intermediary Distribution, having assumed responsibility for a range of duties including strategic broker management, proposition development and responsibility for UK revenue delivery.
Outside of work, Ian lives in Brighton with his wife and daughter and has a passion for history. He is a regular badminton player and has the unfortunate responsibility of supporting Ipswich Town FC….much to the recent entertainment for the rest of the office…. Annual ski trips and a love of travelling are top priorities when time allows.

His client experience has spanned individuals, SME’s and large corporate clients in a sales, implementation, account management and strategic capacity.
Nick is the founding Director of Engage Health Group, a whole of market Employee Benefits Consultancy helping businesses of between 2-5000 employees to navigate the complex world of staff benefits. This includes consultancy, the sourcing of insurance mechanisms, broking and platform technology.
On a more personal note, Nick is married and a father to two young daughters who keep him on his toes! He is a keen runner, avid traveler, and season ticket holder at Brighton & Hove Albion.
