Blerina (or Ina, as we all like to call her) is the Operations Manager at Engage Wealth Management. Ina has over ten year’s experience in the financial services sector. She has a strong understanding of financial planning, systems and processes.

Ina is undoubtedly a strategic thinker, which makes her excellent at problem-solving. Ina holds the RQF level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and shares a particular interest and passion for workplace pensions.

Ina’s academic background includes a degree in Business and Computing and an MSc in Management from the University of Bristol.

In her spare time, Ina enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys and practising yoga.
